Cet appel d’offres dont le r\u00e9dacteur \u00e9tait le Pr\u00e9sident de l’Initiative pour la Promotion de l’Anguille Europ\u00e9enne, association allemande de n\u00e9gociants et d’\u00e9leveurs d’anguille portait sur une commande de 1 350 000 euros concernant \u00e0 50% de la civelle et \u00e0 50% de l’anguillette.\u00a0<\/p>

L’appel d’offres contenait une condition : \u00ab\u00a0le candidat doit pouvoir \u00eatre en capacit\u00e9 de produire ses propres anguillettes\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>. Cette condition a \u00e9t\u00e9 jug\u00e9e non conforme car cela fl\u00e9chait automatiquement la commande vers un seul candidat appartenant au groupe NIJVIS. Toute concurrence sur cet appel d’offres dont une partie \u00e9tait pay\u00e9e sur fonds publics et notamment europ\u00e9ens \u00e9tait de ce fait impossible.\u00a0<\/p>

Cette annulation de l’appel d’offres a \u00e9t\u00e9 faite par l’administration du land de Brandebourg.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Il faut bien comprendre que le fl\u00e9chage par des demandes exigeant\u00a0 le label SEG ou vers des mareyeurs qui font \u00e0 la fois du courtage en civelles et de la production d’anguillettes ne sont nullement justifi\u00e9es et non reconnues par l’administration europ\u00e9enne. Les promoteurs de tels appels d’offres s’exposent donc \u00e0 des refus pour non conformit\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9glementation en vigueur et \u00e0 un remboursement des sommes per\u00e7ues.\u00a0<\/p>
