Les pr\u00e9visions annoncent au moins du froid pour la fin de la semaine et dans beaucoup d&rsquo;estuaires, il ne va pas rester grand chose comme temps de p\u00eache pour la civelle de consommation qui repr\u00e9sente le march\u00e9 le plus porteur :\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/anguilleresponsable.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/datespeche.pdf\">datespeche.pdf<\/a> . bas ou le haut de l&rsquo;estuaire de La Loire, en Charentes, en Vend\u00e9e, mareyeurs et p\u00eacheurs sont bloqu\u00e9s par les intemp\u00e9ries. Cela n&rsquo;a gu\u00e8re \u00e9t\u00e9 mieux sur le bassin de l&rsquo;Adour ou sur la Gironde qui ouvraient plus pr\u00e9cocement.\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section la p\u00eache qui se sent m\u00e9pris\u00e9 et  \u00e0 qui l'on offre de moins en moins de perspectives d'avenir en imposant des contraintes inutiles.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-2fe6523 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"2fe6523\" data-element_type=\"section\" puisqu&rsquo;un quota est d\u00e9fini conform\u00e9ment au cadre de gestion inscrit dans le r\u00e8glement UE 1100\/2007 pour r\u00e9glementer cette activit\u00e9 en France.\u00a0<\/p><p>Cette imposition de p\u00e9riodes fixes par des personnes qui sont totalement en dehors des r\u00e9alit\u00e9s du terrain avec une baisse de quota fix\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re unilat\u00e9rale et sans contrepartie, contribuent \u00e0 renforcer le sentiment des p\u00eacheurs que leur activit\u00e9 est m\u00e9pris\u00e9e et qu&rsquo;ils constituent une variable d&rsquo;ajustement aux autres usages qui n&rsquo;ont pas atteint les objectifs qui leur ont \u00e9t\u00e9 assign\u00e9s par ce m\u00eame r\u00e8glement.\u00a0<\/p><p>Imposer des dates de p\u00eache rigides, c&rsquo;est restreindre drastiquement nos possibilit\u00e9s de p\u00eache, voire nous pousser \u00e0 sortir dans des conditions dangereuses et peu favorables \u00e0 la capture de l&rsquo;esp\u00e8ce.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-e2bfe27 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"e2bfe27\"
